Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Presigen IV is a novel biocellular stimulation formula developed by Medicinal Technologies under the guidance of Dr. Sheryene Tejeda. It is designed to regulate intraocular pressure (IOP) and manage glaucoma, photophobia, and ocular hypertension. The formulation is based on an applied Biocellular-Sensory Matrix (BSM-IV) and incorporates ocular-supporting nutrients and botanical extracts, including allicin (from *Allium sativum*), *Momordica charantia*, *Syzygium aromaticum*, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and zinc. Presigen IV works through multiple mechanisms, including enhancing aqueous humor drainage via the trabecular meshwork and Schlemm's canal, reducing chronic ocular inflammation, combating oxidative stress, and providing neuroprotective support to retinal ganglion cells.
