Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PrevEp003** is a paused discovery-stage triple small-molecule antiepileptic combination developed by Prevep for prevention of post-traumatic epilepsy. It combines levetiracetam, topiramate, and gabapentin to address multiple epileptogenic processes through synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A modulation, inhibition of AMPA and kainate glutamate receptor signaling, modulation of voltage-dependent calcium-channel pathways, and enhancement of GABAergic inhibitory signaling.
