Overview

PRG-2302 is a chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy that targets both CD19 and CD22 antigens. It is being developed for the treatment of refractory or relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell lymphoma. The drug consists of autologous T cells engineered to express CARs specific for both CD19 and CD22, which are surface proteins commonly found on malignant B cells. By targeting these antigens, PRG-2302 aims to enhance anti-tumor activity and reduce the risk of antigen escape, a common mechanism of resistance in single-target CAR-T therapies. The developer is Shenzhen Puruijin Biological Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., with clinical trials currently in early phase 1[1][4][6].
