Overview

PRG-2311 is an investigational **autologous dual-targeted CD19/BCMA chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy** developed by Shenzhen Pregene Biopharma. The product is manufactured from patient-derived mononuclear cells and administered following lymphodepleting conditioning. It is designed to deplete pathogenic CD19-positive B cells and BCMA-expressing plasmablasts and plasma cells, with the therapeutic goal of resetting autoreactive humoral immunity. PRG-2311 is being evaluated in an investigator-initiated early-phase clinical study for refractory lupus nephritis and refractory IgG4-related disease.
