PRGF-Endoret

PRGF-Endoret (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors - Endoret) is a patented autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) technology developed by the BTI Biotechnology Institute. It is designed to concentrate platelets from a patient's own blood to create a bioactive fibrin scaffold that releases a high concentration of essential growth factors, including PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and EGF. A distinguishing feature of the PRGF-Endoret system is that it is leukocyte-free, which minimizes the pro-inflammatory response often associated with white blood cells in other PRP formulations. The preparation involves a specific centrifugation process and activation with calcium chloride, avoiding bovine thrombin.
