Overview

PRGN-3005 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Precigen Inc. It targets the unshed portion of Mucin 16 (MUC16) and expresses membrane-bound IL-15 (mbIL15) to enhance persistence and a kill switch for safety. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of advanced, recurrent platinum-resistant ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
