Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PRI-600 is an investigational All-D-Peptide therapeutic currently in the discovery stage, developed by Priavoid. The drug is part of a proprietary platform of D-enantiomeric peptides designed to be highly stable against proteolytic degradation and possess low immunogenicity compared to traditional L-peptides. While the specific molecular target and clinical indication for PRI-600 have not yet been disclosed, Priavoid's research focus is primarily on neurodegenerative disorders involving protein aggregation, such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. The All-D-Peptide modality is intended to directly target and stabilize toxic protein oligomers into non-toxic monomers.
