PRJ1-3024 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1; also known as MAP4K1 or MEKKK1), a serine/threonine kinase that acts as a negative regulator of immune cell function. By inhibiting HPK1, PRJ1-3024 is designed to potentiate T-cell and dendritic cell activity, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including melanoma and other malignancies. Clinical trials have demonstrated that it is generally well tolerated with manageable adverse events, and preliminary efficacy has been observed in patients with various solid tumors[2][3][7]. The primary developers are MingMed Biotechnology and Xi'An Yufan Biotechnology[4].
