PRM-001

PRM-001 is a polynucleotide (PN) based injectable skin enhancer developed by PharmaResearch Co., Ltd. for aesthetic and regenerative medicine. Composed of long-chain DNA fragments derived from salmon germ cells, PRM-001 functions as a "skin booster" rather than a traditional volumizing filler. Its mechanism of action involves the activation of adenosine A2A receptors, which modulates inflammatory responses and stimulates fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis. Additionally, it provides a structural scaffold in the extracellular matrix and supplies nucleotides for the DNA salvage pathway, promoting endogenous tissue repair.
