Overview

PRN 201 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by ProEn Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, including colorectal and lung cancers. The drug is constructed using the company's proprietary ArtBody™ technology, which is based on the Repebody™ scaffold—a small, stable protein binder derived from leucine-rich repeat (LRR) modules. As a bispecific ADC, PRN 201 is designed to simultaneously target two distinct antigens on tumor cells, which may enhance tumor selectivity and facilitate more efficient internalization of the cytotoxic payload compared to traditional monospecific ADCs. The specific targets and payload for PRN 201 have not been publicly disclosed.
