Overview

PRN 222 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by ProEn Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically colorectal and lung cancers. It is constructed using the company's proprietary ArtBody™ technology, which is based on the Repebody™ scaffold—a small, stable, non-antibody protein binder derived from leucine-rich repeat (LRR) modules. As a bispecific ADC, PRN 222 is designed to target two distinct antigens or epitopes on tumor cells, which is intended to enhance tumor selectivity and facilitate the internalization of its cytotoxic payload. The specific targets and payload for PRN 222 have not been publicly disclosed.
