PRO-001

PRO-001 is a **monoclonal antibody** targeting **fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3)**, developed as a highly specific and potent anti-FGFR3-neutralizing antibody. It binds to FGFR3 expressed on transformed cells, inhibits FGFR3 autophosphorylation and downstream signaling, and is cytotoxic to FGFR3-expressing myeloma cells. PRO-001 demonstrated inhibition of growth in FGFR3-expressing cell lines and tumor models but not in those expressing other FGFR isoforms. Preclinical evidence suggests its primary therapeutic application is in the treatment of t(4;14) multiple myeloma and potentially other FGFR3-expressing tumors[3].
