Overview

PRO1106 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by ProfoundBio. It targets SLIT and NTRK-like protein 6 (SLITRK6) on tumor cells and delivers a cytotoxic payload that inhibits DNA topoisomerase I (TOP1). The drug is designed to selectively bind to SLITRK6-expressing cancer cells, internalize rapidly, and induce cell death through the inhibition of TOP1, which disrupts DNA replication in tumor cells. Preclinical data indicate robust cytotoxicity in SLITRK6-positive tumor models. Its primary indication is for the treatment of solid tumors[1][2][7].
