**Progesterone + aspirin** is a combination therapy consisting of the hormone progesterone and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) aspirin. This combination is primarily explored for its potential to prevent pregnancy complications, especially in women at risk of recurrent pregnancy loss and preeclampsia. Progesterone acts via the progesterone receptor to support endometrial receptivity and modulate immune tolerance essential for pregnancy maintenance.
