Overview

Proglucamune is a dietary supplement formulated to support and prime the immune system. It combines antioxidant-rich, organic reishi and shiitake mushroom extracts with a unique strain of baker’s yeast (providing beta-glucan) and zinc. The primary mechanism involves beta-glucans binding to receptors on immune cells—such as macrophages, neutrophils, and natural killer cells—priming them for a rapid response without overstimulating the immune system. Zinc supports healthy signaling between immune cells. Proglucamune is designed for daily use in healthy adults, athletes, or individuals under occasional stress to help maintain overall wellness and robust immunity[1][2][4][5][7][9]. Clinical studies have evaluated its effect on "Protective Qi" (PQi), an innate immunity concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), showing statistically significant improvement in PQi status among users[3][6][8].
