Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Program 4 is an early-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Sauvie using its proprietary **CAM-V™ (Constant domain of Antibody Mimicry and Variation)** antibody platform. The CAM-V™ technology is designed to create multi-specific antibodies that facilitate the recognition and activation of immune cells to achieve lysis of target cells, primarily for the treatment of cancer. As of early 2024, Program 4 is in the mid-discovery preclinical phase. While the platform's general mechanism involves immune cell engagement (such as through CD16a in other programs), the specific molecular targets and primary disease indications for Program 4 have not yet been publicly disclosed by the company.
