Overview

ProHydrolase is a proprietary, clinically studied blend of protease enzymes developed to enhance the digestion of dietary proteins and optimize protein hydrolysis. Its mechanism of action centers on breaking down protein supplements—such as whey, casein, soy, egg, pea, and hemp—into smaller absorbable peptides and amino acids, which increases amino acid levels in the blood and supports muscle recovery and growth. Clinical studies demonstrate that when added to protein supplements, ProHydrolase can significantly elevate plasma levels of leucine, BCAAs, and total essential amino acids, thus improving their bioavailability. It also reduces the likelihood of digestive discomfort associated with undigested protein[1][2][4][5][7][9].
