Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PROM101 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by Promittens that targets Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1). ROR1 is an oncofetal antigen that is highly expressed during embryonic development and in various malignancies, including both solid and liquid tumors, while maintaining very low expression in healthy adult tissues. By specifically binding to ROR1, PROM101 is designed to interfere with ROR1-mediated signaling pathways that promote tumor cell survival, proliferation, and metastasis. The drug is currently in early-stage development (Phase 0/Preclinical) for the treatment of a broad range of cancers, including hematological malignancies and various solid tumors.
