This combination provides hypnosis (propofol), analgesia (fentanyl), muscle relaxation (rocuronium), maintenance of general anesthesia (inhalational agent), and regional/local blockade (bupivacaine). It enables balanced or multimodal anesthesia for surgical procedures.
