Overview

A combination of four anesthetic agents used in general anesthesia. This combination includes propofol (an intravenous anesthetic), sevoflurane and desflurane (inhalational anesthetics), and midazolam (a benzodiazepine). When used in various combinations, these drugs can produce synergistic effects, potentially allowing for lower doses of individual agents while maintaining or improving anesthetic efficacy. The combination may provide benefits such as better hemodynamic stability, reduced postoperative nausea and vomiting, and faster recovery from anesthesia.
