This is a combination therapy consisting of propranolol (a beta-blocker), levodopa (a dopamine precursor), and benserazide (a decarboxylase inhibitor). The combination is used primarily for managing Parkinson's disease symptoms, particularly tremor. Levodopa helps correct the dopamine deficiency in the brain that causes Parkinson's symptoms, while benserazide prevents the peripheral conversion of levodopa to dopamine, reducing side effects and allowing more levodopa to reach the brain.
