Overview
Prosta-OK Neo is a multi-ingredient herbal supplement formulated to alleviate lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in men, particularly as an adjunct to standard therapies like tamsulosin. The product contains a blend of botanical extracts, including lycopene, *Phellinus linteus* (a medicinal mushroom), pomegranate, and pumpkin seed, along with the essential minerals selenium and zinc. Its therapeutic effects are attributed to several mechanisms: the inhibition of the 5-alpha reductase enzyme (which reduces dihydrotestosterone levels), antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, and the regulation of nitric oxide synthesis to improve smooth muscle relaxation in the prostate and bladder neck. It has been evaluated in clinical trials for its efficacy in treating mild to severe non-neurogenic male LUTS.
