Overview
**Prosta-OK Neo + tamsulosin** is a combination drug product formulated for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This combination consists of tamsulosin (a selective alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist) and the proprietary supplement Prosta-OK Neo (typically a multicomponent phytotherapeutic supplement targeting prostate health, though specific ingredients may vary by manufacturer and regional formulation). Tamsulosin acts by selective blockade of alpha-1A adrenergic receptors in the prostate and bladder neck, relaxing smooth muscle and improving urinary flow and BPH symptoms.
