Protar Vet

Protar Vet is a line of veterinary dermatological products developed by Percos and marketed under the Aranex brand. It is formulated specifically for dogs and cats to manage dandruff, scaling, seborrheic dermatitis, and fungal skin infections. The Protar Vet product line includes Protar Vet Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and Protar Vet Anti-Dandruff Lotion. The shampoo formulation contains Ichthyol Pale (0.5%), Ketoconazole (2%), and Salicylic Acid, which provide synergistic antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and keratolytic (exfoliating) properties to soothe irritated skin and remove dead skin cells. The lotion formulation contains Ichthyol Pale (0.5%) and Zinc Pyrithione (2.0%) to control flaking and maintain skin moisture balance. Together, these active ingredients help restore coat health and maintain a healthy skin environment in pets.
