Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PRST-33 is a preclinical, proprietary cannabinoid-based small-molecule drug candidate being developed by CNBX Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of prostate cancer, as part of a family of anti-neoplastic cannabinoid formulations that also includes RCC-33 for colorectal cancer, BRST-33 for breast cancer, and MLN-33 for melanoma.[1][4][7][15] Although detailed target pharmacology has not been publicly disclosed, PRST-33 is described as a rationally designed synthetic cannabinoid composition intended to exert antitumor activity against prostate cancer cells, building on CNBX’s platform demonstrating synergistic cytotoxic effects of specific cannabinoid combinations in cancer models.[4][7][13][15]
