Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PRT7732 is a highly potent, selective, and orally bioavailable small molecule degrader of SMARCA2, developed by Prelude Therapeutics. It functions as a targeted protein degrader with near-absolute selectivity for SMARCA2 over SMARCA4 (>3000-fold in cellular assays). The drug is designed to treat advanced or metastatic solid tumors, particularly those harboring SMARCA4 mutations. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity in SMARCA4-deficient cancer models. PRT7732 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials across multiple countries for patients with advanced malignant solid neoplasms and metastatic solid tumors.
