Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PRX-Plus is a non-invasive, needle-free topical skin biorevitalizer developed by the Italian company WiQo and distributed in India by Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals. The formulation is a droplet-based topical treatment designed for aesthetic dermatology, specifically targeting skin tightening, rejuvenation, and the improvement of skin texture. It utilizes a patented combination of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and kojic acid. This combination allows the TCA to penetrate the deeper layers of the dermis to stimulate collagen production and growth factors while the hydrogen peroxide mitigates the caustic effects on the epidermis, preventing peeling or downtime. It is suitable for all skin types and provides immediate lifting and brightening effects.
