PRX403

PRX403 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Prazer Therapeutics in collaboration with Yuhan Corporation. The drug is based on Prazer's proprietary SPiDEM (Selective Protein Degradation via E3-ligase Modulation) platform, a targeted protein degradation (TPD) technology. SPiDEM utilizes small molecules to recruit E3 ubiquitin ligases to specific target proteins, facilitating their ubiquitination and subsequent degradation by the 26S proteasome. This approach is designed to address proteins that are difficult to target with traditional occupancy-based inhibitors. As of 2024, the specific biological target and primary disease indications for PRX403 remain undisclosed, and the program is currently in the lead optimization phase.
