Overview

PSB103 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Sound Biologics that targets the Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. It functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking the PD-1 signaling pathway, which tumors often exploit to evade immune detection. By preventing the binding of PD-1 to its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, PSB103 restores the ability of cytotoxic T cells to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. The drug is currently in Phase 2 development for the treatment of various malignancies.
