Overview

PSB107 is a **humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody** that targets **CD37**, a tetraspanin antigen highly expressed on B cells, including malignant B cells found in various B-cell lymphomas and leukemias. PSB107 mediates its therapeutic effects through **immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities**, primarily by inducing B-cell depletion via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), and direct cell killing. PSB107 is developed as a component of the investigational dual-antibody therapy **PSB202**, which also includes the anti-CD20 antibody PSB102. The dual approach aims for enhanced efficacy and reduction of resistance in B-cell malignancies, but PSB107 as a standalone molecule acts specifically against CD37[1][9].
