Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PSB109 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Sound Biologics that targets the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R). It is designed to modulate the tumor microenvironment by targeting macrophage biology, specifically tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), to support anti-tumor immune responses. By inhibiting the CSF1R signaling pathway, PSB109 aims to reduce the immunosuppressive nature of the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing the effectiveness of other cancer treatments. It is currently in Phase 1 development for the treatment of solid tumors.
