PSC-100 is a proprietary placental-derived stem cell (HPDSC) population originally developed by Celgene Cellular Therapeutics and later licensed to and acquired by Human Longevity, Inc. (HLI). The therapy consists of stem cells extracted from the placenta, which are characterized by their regenerative potential and immunomodulatory properties. PSC-100 has been investigated for the treatment of sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) and in combination with umbilical cord blood (UCB) for hematologic malignancies and non-malignant disorders to support hematopoietic recovery and immune function restoration. Celularity, which acquired Celgene's cell therapy assets, has also been involved in the distribution and manufacturing rights for the product in Asian markets.
