Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PSC01 is an investigational in vivo chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by PersonGen for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Utilizing an in vivo approach, PSC01 aims to genetically reprogram a patient's T cells to express a CAR targeting the CD19 antigen directly within the body, bypassing the need for the complex and time-consuming ex vivo manufacturing processes typical of traditional CAR-T therapies. This technology is designed to provide a more efficient and scalable treatment option for patients with CD19-positive cancers, such as B-cell lymphomas and leukemias.
