PSC02 is an investigational *in vivo* Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by PersonGen Biotherapeutics for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies, which require the complex and resource-intensive process of extracting, genetically modifying, and re-infusing a patient's T cells, PSC02 is designed to engineer T cells directly within the patient's body. By utilizing a gene delivery vector to deliver a genetic construct encoding a CAR specific for the CD19 antigen, PSC02 enables endogenous T cells to recognize and eliminate malignant B cells. This *in vivo* approach aims to simplify the manufacturing process, reduce the time to treatment, and potentially eliminate the need for lymphodepleting chemotherapy, thereby improving the accessibility and scalability of CAR-T therapy. PSC02 is currently in the clinical stage of development.
