Overview

PSC03 is an investigational in vivo Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy developed by PersonGen Biotherapeutics. Unlike traditional autologous CAR-T therapies that require ex vivo cell collection and manufacturing, PSC03 utilizes PersonGen's proprietary in vivo CAR-T platform to genetically modify T cells directly within the patient's body. The therapy targets CD7, a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL). By delivering the CAR transgene via a viral vector (typically lentiviral), PSC03 aims to generate a population of anti-CD7 CAR-T cells in situ to recognize and eliminate malignant T cells. This approach potentially reduces manufacturing costs, shortens the time to treatment, and avoids the T-cell exhaustion often associated with ex vivo expansion.
