Overview

PSC24 is an experimental **in vivo** chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting Glypican-3 (GPC3), developed by PersonGen BioTherapeutics. Unlike traditional ex vivo CAR-T therapies that require complex and costly manufacturing of cells outside the patient's body, PSC24 utilizes PersonGen's proprietary GT/MST (Gene Therapy/Multi-Specific T-cell) platform to deliver genetic material directly into the patient's bloodstream. This genetic payload, typically delivered via a viral vector or lipid nanoparticle, is designed to reprogram endogenous T-cells *in situ* to express a CAR that recognizes GPC3. GPC3 is an oncofetal antigen highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and other solid tumors, while remaining largely absent in healthy adult tissues. By enabling the internal production of GPC3-specific CAR-T cells, PSC24 aims to simplify the treatment process and provide a potent, targeted immune response against GPC3-positive malignancies.
