PSCA antibody refers to a class of monoclonal antibodies designed to target the Prostate Stem Cell Antigen (PSCA), a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface protein. PSCA is highly expressed in prostate cancer, particularly in high-grade, metastatic, and hormone-refractory stages, as well as in other malignancies like pancreatic and bladder cancers, while showing limited expression in normal tissues.
