Pseudovac is a polyvalent, inactivated bacterial vaccine developed and manufactured by IBSS Biomed (Biomed Lublin). It is indicated for the prevention and adjunctive treatment of infections caused by *Pseudomonas aeruginosa*, particularly in high-risk populations such as patients with extensive burns, chronic wounds, or those undergoing major surgical procedures. The vaccine is composed of a suspension of seven inactivated strains of *P. aeruginosa*, selected to represent the most prevalent serotypes (based on the Habs classification system). Upon administration, Pseudovac stimulates the host's immune system to produce specific protective antibodies against the bacteria, providing active immunization to prevent colonization, localized infection, and systemic complications such as sepsis.
