Overview

PSIL-025 is a small molecule neuroplastogen being developed by Psilera for the treatment of mood-related disorders. It is part of Psilera's proprietary platform focused on developing non-hallucinogenic derivatives of psychedelic compounds. These compounds are designed to promote neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to reorganize and form new neural connections—without the intense psychedelic effects typically associated with traditional psychedelics like psilocybin or DMT. PSIL-025 is currently in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development.
