Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**PSMA+GD2 CAR-T cells** is an investigational autologous, fourth-generation dual-target CAR-T-cell therapy evaluated for refractory or relapsed glioma. It comprises genetically engineered T-cell products directed against prostate-specific membrane antigen and disialoganglioside GD2, administered intravenously to recognize antigen-positive glioma cells and induce T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity. In the registered ChiCTR2000035410 study at Guangdong Clifford Hospital, the combined PSMA CAR-T and GD2 CAR-T treatment was studied in patients with refractory or relapsed glioma; a subsequent six-patient report described a 50% objective response rate, grade 1 cytokine-release syndrome in three patients, and no immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity.
