PSMA-81 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Corellia AI for the treatment of prostate cancer. Utilizing Corellia's proprietary Coromip technology, PSMA-81 features a dual-targeting mechanism that binds to both prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and CD180 on the surface of cancer cells. This specific targeting allows for the selective delivery of its cytotoxic payload, the PI3K/mTOR inhibitor omipalisib (also known as compound '81'), directly into the tumor microenvironment. By combining the precision of antibody-mediated delivery with the potent kinase inhibition of omipalisib, PSMA-81 is designed to maximize therapeutic efficacy while reducing systemic toxicity. The drug is currently in the discovery and in vivo stages of preclinical development.
