Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Psorizide Forte is an oral homeopathic prescription medication developed by Plymouth Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of various inflammatory skin conditions, including mild to severe psoriasis, seborrheic psoriasis, chronic pruritic inflammatory dermatoses, and dyshidrotic hand/foot eczema. The formulation consists of natural minerals—specifically potassium bromide, sodium bromide, and nickel sulfate—at homeopathic dilutions (1X). While it is marketed for systemic relief of skin symptoms, it does not have a conventional molecular mechanism of action or a defined protein target described in standard pharmacological literature. It is intended for patients who may not respond to or wish to avoid conventional topical or systemic immunosuppressive therapies.
