PSV377 is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical PET imaging agent developed by Perspective Therapeutics. It consists of a cyclic peptide targeting moiety that binds to fibroblast activation protein-alpha (FAP-alpha), conjugated to a NOTA chelator, which can be radiolabeled with positron-emitting isotopes such as gallium-68 (68Ga), copper-64 (64Cu), or lead-203 (203Pb). PSV377 shares the same targeting peptide as the therapeutic radiopharmaceutical PSV359 (which is labeled with lead-212) and is utilized as a companion diagnostic imaging agent to detect FAP-alpha expression in patients with solid tumors, helping to identify candidates for targeted alpha therapy. Early clinical evaluations have demonstrated high tumor uptake and favorable biodistribution in patients with various solid tumors, including colorectal cancer, gastric carcinoma, and sarcomas.
