PSX-002 is an ibogaine-based small molecule therapeutic under development by PsyRx for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related disorders. The drug is designed as a low-dose, once-daily oral formulation aimed at enhancing neuroplasticity and improving clinical outcomes while avoiding the hallucinogenic and cardiotoxic side effects typically associated with high-dose ibogaine. PSX-002 is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
