Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PTC-2111 is a topical geropeptide developed by Ponce Therapeutics (and its affiliate Gerotherapeutix) for cosmetic anti-aging applications. It is a primary active ingredient in the YUUTH™ product line, specifically the YUUTH Full Body Treatment. Powered by MitoXcel™ technology, PTC-2111 is engineered to selectively target and neutralize senescent cells—often referred to as 'zombie cells'—by identifying their characteristically lower mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm). By addressing these cells and the resulting 'inflammaging,' the peptide aims to re-energize and rejuvenate aging skin cells and tissue.
