PTM-101 + chemotherapy

PTM-101 + chemotherapy refers to an investigational combination therapy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma in which a surgically-placed, absorbable polymer film (PTM-101) releases high concentrations of paclitaxel directly at the pancreatic tumor site, combined with standard of care systemic chemotherapy (typically mFOLFIRINOX). PTM-101 enables sustained, localized chemotherapy delivery for up to six weeks, aiming to maximize local anti-tumor effect and minimize systemic toxicity; after PTM-101 placement, patients receive standard systemic chemotherapy.
