PTT-020 is an investigational small molecule drug candidate being developed by Pyrotech Therapeutics for the treatment of Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). Currently in the preclinical stage, PTT-020 is part of the company's immuno-oncology pipeline, which focuses on modulating the pyroptosis pathway—a highly inflammatory form of programmed cell death.
