Overview
pTTL is an autologous cell therapy product for adoptive cancer immunotherapy, primarily developed for advanced colorectal cancer. It consists mainly of in vitro expanded T cells that are enriched for neoantigen-specific clones derived from the patient's own lymph nodes. The product also contains small proportions of NK and B cells, with a variable CD4/CD8 T cell ratio and a significant proportion of memory T cells expressing markers indicative of functionality. pTTL is administered as a single-dose monotherapy following chemotherapy-based preconditioning (cyclophosphamide and fludarabine). Its mechanism involves the expansion and infusion of patient-specific tumor-reactive lymphocytes to enhance anti-tumor immune responses[5][7].
