Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PTX-102 is an mRNA-lipid nanoparticle (LNP) cancer vaccine being developed by Providence Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The vaccine encodes tumor-specific precision antigens designed to elicit an adaptive anti-tumor immune response against cancer cells. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development as a first-in-human, open-label, multicenter clinical trial evaluating its safety and immunogenicity in patients with various solid tumors. This program represents an application of Providence's mRNA platform technology to oncology and is distinct from their personalized cancer vaccine program, PTX-101.
