PTX-104

PTX-104 refers to at least two distinct investigational drugs in oncology, each developed by a different company. One version of PTX-104 was developed by Providence Therapeutics as an mRNA-based therapeutic vaccine for neoplasms (cancers), but its development has been discontinued and it did not progress beyond preclinical stages[1]. Another version, developed by PharmEnable Therapeutics, is described as a chemical drug also targeting neoplasms and remains in preclinical development[8]. No detailed mechanism of action or molecular target has been disclosed for either version. There are no approved products or clinical trials listed for either drug, and neither has reached the market[2][8].
